We start by talking—talking about what you’re feeling, what you’ve tried, and what’s not adding up. I also walk you through a detailed intake process so I can really get to know you—your health history, current habits, and daily stressors—so once lab results are in, I’ve got the full picture.

From there, I help you understand what you're brain and body trying to communicate. We run targeted labs, connecting the dots between your symptoms and what’s actually taking place under the surface, and break it all down in a way that makes sense. By getting the full picture, you're now able to see why you’ve been feeling the way you do.

Once we know what we’re working with, we create a plan that fits your life. We’ll meet or touch base regularly to adjust as needed and make sure you’re supported every step of the way.

I didn’t start out in this field—I landed here after years of searching for answers that no one seemed to have. I was tired of feeling awful and getting brushed off with “normal” test results. That frustration became my turning point—and eventually, my purpose.
